Hello, I'm Nidhi!
I am Nidhi, a communications professional with experience accross education, non-profit and advertising. Over the years, I've taken on roles that challenged me, stretched me and shaped how I think about strategy, storytelling and impact.
Recently, I led a major rebranding initiative—it was complex, collaborative and deeply rewarding, and it strengthened both my strategic lens and creative instincts
I'm at my best when working on thoughtful, challenging assignments — designing strategy, building clarity from complexity and collaborating with people who care about the work. I value perspective and teamwork. Every individual brings something distinct, and I believe strong outcomes are built through a strong process. I care about the journey as much as the result. I like to be fully engaged in the work — shaping it, refining it and seeing it through.
I hold a Master's in Mass Communications with a specialization in Advertising and Public Relations, along with Master's degrees in Economics and Commerce, and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Education. This blend of creative and analytical thinking allows me to approach communications with both insight and intention.

Experience
I work at the intersection of strategy, story and public purpose.
Over the past several years, my work has centred on Indigenous-led health research and institutional communications at the University of Saskatchewan. I support initiatives that require care, clarity and cultural respect — translating complex research and community priorities into messaging that is thoughtful, accurate and grounded in relationship.
My approach to communications is relational. I believe good strategy begins with listening. Whether advising leadership, shaping sensitive messaging or supporting donor and stakeholder engagement, I focus on integrity, accountability and alignment with community voice.
Earlier in my career, I worked across nonprofit, education and international sponsorship environments, experiences that shaped my understanding of stewardship and cross-cultural communication. I bring that perspective into every project I take on.
I care deeply about work that serves people. Clear communication, when done well, builds trust. And trust is where meaningful progress begins.
